Welcome to NSB🤩 A few things please : Enter and exit Mariners Cove on Atlantic Avenue in front of the building. EXIT ONLY⛔️onto 27th Avenue near 7-Eleven. Please wash off all sand 🏝️ before entering the building. Including the elevator, stairs and pool. Hang all towels, bathing suits, etc. on patio furniture instead of the railing😉. Please, no flushable wipes‼️ Sensitive plumbing. 🪠 I just had a very expensive plumber visit and do not want to go through that again. 😫 Return any/all parking 🚘 passes upon departure. Failure to do so will incur a $100 replacement fee per pass. Guest/Reserved parking is available between the pool and 7-Eleven. There’re enough paper products to get you started. Publix, Dollar General Market and 7-Eleven are close by if needed. 😎 There is a Keurig for coffee☕️ and an electric kettle for tea🫖. Please remember to close pool umbrellas🏖️ before leaving. 🚮 Dispose of all trash. 🪑 Return chairs and loungers to a neat and orderly position.
